How it Works

An integrated hardware and software solution is deployed at plants and in all mobile units. They include software applications, mobile data terminals, sensors and GPS trackers. Plant batch production data and data from site work is acquired over GPRS and GSM and is processed and presented in a readable format to PWDs, municipal corporations, and contractors.

RMC PLANT

BMC-Scada provides online tools to Municipal Corporations and contractors to remotely monitor the strength and quality of ready-mix-concrete at various plant locations. This means that the concrete produced will always be as per the specifications laid down by the buyer and it will be delivered under strict quality controlled conditions.

BITUMEN

Bitumen works produce hot mix bituminous or asphaltic materials by mixing bituminous material with aggregates such as gravel and sand, fly ash and other additives. The bitumen may be used on-site or transported offsite in batches for use at construction sites.
